1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and joya9 bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the joya9 bd website at https://joya9-bd.ws and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, promotional offers, and payment processing facilities.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet on joya9 bd, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you further represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and that person is also fully bound.

joya9 bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, joya9 bd will publish the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of joya9 bd following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with joya9 bd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of joya9 bd is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. joya9 bd enforces a strict minimum age of 18 and will not knowingly permit any person under this age to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market. This is non-negotiable and applies to all users regardless of location.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as a professional or agent acting on behalf of another party for commercial purposes.
• You must not be self-excluded from joya9 bd or from online gambling generally under any self-exclusion programme at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• You must be of sound mind and not acting under the influence of substances or conditions that impair your ability to make informed decisions.
• Your use of joya9 bd must not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

joya9 bd implements identity verification (KYC) procedures to confirm the age and identity of all registered users. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, all gameplay voided, and any funds deposited will be returned to the payment source minus any winnings generated. joya9 bd may report instances of underage gambling to relevant authorities where required.

Age Verification Process

Upon registration, joya9 bd will request identity documentation to verify that you are 18 years of age or older. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Age verification is a mandatory prerequisite for processing any withdrawal from your joya9 bd account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe will result in account suspension pending resolution.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by joya9 bd — including casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, crash games, and promotional offers — you must register a personal account via the joya9 bd Login page. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of your account:

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on joya9 bd at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same name, a different name, a shared device, a shared IP address, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, joya9 bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets and casino play conducted through those accounts, and withhold any balances pending investigation. Any suspected fraud arising from multi-accounting may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your joya9 bd account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid email address, and a working mobile phone number registered to your name (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or other Bangladeshi carrier). Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of account balance.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your joya9 bd Login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) associated with your account. joya9 bd will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password or OTP. Any communication purporting to be from joya9 bd and requesting such credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately. joya9 bd accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Account Transfers

Your joya9 bd account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer account ownership — including the sale of accounts for monetary consideration — is prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of the accounts involved.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

joya9 bd processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and supports a range of payment methods popular among Bangladeshi players. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

Supported Payment Methods

joya9 bd currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any given time. joya9 bd reserves the right to add or remove payment method support without prior notice, though we will endeavour to communicate significant changes promptly.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit on joya9 bd is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Where third-party deposits are identified, the funds will be returned to the source and the depositing account may be suspended.
• Deposits are credited to your joya9 bd account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
• joya9 bd does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own service charges, which are outside joya9 bd's control.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed. First-time withdrawals may take longer than subsequent requests due to the verification process.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 working days depending on your financial institution.
• joya9 bd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where account activity has triggered internal compliance checks.

Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, and promotional amounts on joya9 bd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). joya9 bd does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. If your payment method operates in a different currency, any conversion will be handled by your payment provider at their prevailing rate, which is outside joya9 bd's control.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

joya9 bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as published on the relevant promotional page. In addition, the following general conditions apply to all joya9 bd bonuses and promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses issued by joya9 bd are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual bonus offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, joya9 bd does not permit the stacking of multiple bonuses simultaneously. Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. joya9 bd reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion or all promotions at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Seasonal Promotions: joya9 bd periodically offers enhanced promotional offers around key dates in the Bangladeshi cultural calendar, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and during major cricket tournaments such as the BPL and ICC T20 World Cup. These offers are subject to their own individual terms and are made available for a limited time only.
• Right to Withdraw Offers: joya9 bd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn after it has already been credited to a player's account, any wagering already completed toward the relevant requirement will be taken into account in determining the final settlement.
• Bonus Abuse: Any player found to be abusing the joya9 bd bonus system — including through the creation of multiple accounts, exploitation of system errors, collusion with other players, or any other dishonest conduct — will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided and their account permanently closed. joya9 bd may also take legal action where the abuse involves fraud.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using joya9 bd, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and with applicable law at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account in contravention of these Terms.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information, or impersonating any other person.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of criminal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors on the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are void and will not be paid out.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets, interact with casino games, or access Platform services.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating in respect of any game or betting market offered on joya9 bd.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing joya9 bd staff or other users via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology underlying the joya9 bd Platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or to obscure your true identity or location.

joya9 bd employs technical and human monitoring to detect prohibited conduct. Where a violation is confirmed, joya9 bd reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the offending account, void all associated bets and casino play, withhold outstanding balances, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

joya9 bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider in connection with your account.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or financial transaction.
• At your own request, including via the self-exclusion programme described in joya9 bd's Responsible Gaming policy.

Account Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your joya9 bd account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, joya9 bd will process the closure within 5 working days. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses. Bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or financial transaction for a period of 12 consecutive months. joya9 bd will notify you by email prior to classifying your account as dormant. A dormant account administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the account balance after the dormancy period begins, until either the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. joya9 bd will not charge fees that result in a negative balance.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joya9 bd's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your joya9 bd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

joya9 bd shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of opportunity or goodwill.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, and match data.
• Losses arising from interruption of service, system downtime, or platform maintenance, including during live in-play events.
• Losses attributable to unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude joya9 bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by joya9 bd's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. joya9 bd makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content, game, or service offered on the Platform beyond those implied by law and which cannot be excluded.
